Private clinical psychotherapy practice. Ten years in administrative state regulatory oversight with the Department of Consumer Affairs as a Nursing Education Consultant.  Starting in 1981, extensive clinical experience with UC Davis Health Systems teaching hospital, including UCD Department of Psychiatry, Jail Psychiatric Services.  Jeanne has provided numerous presentations, including nursing continuation education in 2006 with the National Convention of the American Psychiatric Nurses' Association.  Jeanne has served on the Sacramento Chapter of the NAMI Board of Directors, and she was a charter member of the Academy of Forensic Nursing Science.  Jeanne has taught psychiatric clinical nursing to RN students and has, in the past, taught third year medical students as volunteer clinical faculty with the UCD School of Medicine in their clinical rotations through the Sacramento Jail.  Jeanne provided consultation and practice for a local non-profit community mental health program that went from 150 medication support clients to over 1000, including a sub-population of antipsychotic injection clients and Clozaril clients.  Jeanne currently works as an Adjunct Professor of Nursing with California State University, Sacramento Baccalaureate Nursing Program and with Samuel Merritt University, Entry Level Masters Nursing Program.

DAVID LEE CLEMENTS
David is owner/Operator of David L. Clements, LLC,  David also runs a transitional living house for co-occurring recovering and target population mentally ill male probationers and parolees.  David served for three years as the Sacramento County Jail's Director of Chaplaincy Programs (Main Jail and Rio Consumnes Correctional Center). David has a long history of service to the community as a community organizer, activist, role model and mentor.  He has worked extensively with the criminal justice system from judges to parole agents and probation officers to facilitate community re-entry of clients on to his clean and sober house.  David has a baccalaureate degree from Kent State University, Ohio, in Social Work, a lay ministry certificate with the Diocese of Sacramento as well as graduate theological studies with Loyola University.  Dave is retired from the California Department of Social Services where he was the Executive Assistant to the California State Director of the Department of Social Services.  He is dedicated to evidence-based program success in working with the consumer with the help of a multidisciplinary team.   Additionally,David is the owner of a Liberty Tax Franchise, Insurance business and Notary services.
